Functional Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) begins with the MMA Base. The first techniques every self-defense practitioner should learn come from Boxing, Kickboxing, Wrestling, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu, This MMA Base training will prepare students for the realities of unarmed fighting and give them the best base from which to apply the techniques for Self-Defense, while building cardio and strength needed. Kids class from 12:00-1:00 Adult Class 1:00-2:00
